i have tried many types of meditation, whether it's guided with someone's voice, calming sounds or just being alone in my thoughts. this always proves harder than expected whether i get tired of someone telling me how to meditate, get used to repetitive soundtracks or my thoughts quickly becoming jumbled up when meditating. colorbreathingvr is meant to create an immersive meditation experience that allows you to transform your emotional or mental state how you would like it. explore what works for you and decide how you want to be once your experience has come to an end.
